This is hands down my favorite healthy cake recipe. My first chocolate lava cake experience was at the Pinnacle Grill on board the Holland America Cruise ships when I worked on board. As staff, we would pay extra to eat dinner there, therefore saving it for birthdays. Therefore, has been my birthday dessert of choice since then! It is a crowd pleaser even for those who aren’t gluten free, dairy free and/or refined sugar free! Enjoy!
